Clove Oil and Choloraseptic!!!!!! Apply Clove Oil to the sensitive "glans" area (small amount) 45-min prior to sex. If you are not going to use a condom - wipe it off very well and make sure none is on your hands - as it will burn and sting your partner. If you are not adverse to wearing a condom, put a little bit more Clove Oil on right before you put on the condom, along with a a dab or two of Chloraseptic (again, only on the sensitive glans area - not all over).
Im not sure if you know who I am but we both come originally from the same previous forum. Having said that we have suffered from many of the same issues. I am fairly familiar with your case as I have often studied it to draw paralels with mine. By the way this is gona be a fairly long post but I promise I get to the main topic I just like to be very thorough.
3) Extremely frequent urination (this lasted for 2-3 months and went away on its own. Wish I knew why Sorry, just grateful its over)
Now in the last 9 months things have changed drastically for me for me in regards to certain symptoms. In the following sentences ill do my best to explain what I belive has happend based on my blood work ,HRT and supplementation.
1) I have no premature ejac at all. I actually have gone back to the way things were before I did exstacy and it takes me a really long to ejaculate during sex, sometimes I cant even get there. While thats not optimal cuse I would like to get my nut it still is 100000 times better then PE and ill take it anyday.
2) I basically get mornign wood 3-7 times a week. It obviously depends on various factors like how deep my sleep is and how balanced my hormones are but its usually there and its usually very powerful and long lasting. In regards to geting it up for sex I can basically get it up everytime ( knock on wood) but it varies in how fast it happens. Sometimes I get hard very quick and sometimes it takes me a while. Either way end result is I got a boner and I can have sex so whatever im happy with it for now.
3) Like I said the super frequent urination went away on its own. I think it had something to do with inflamation and excesive sympathetic activity in my case. But I dont have enough information or clues as to why this happend.
4) My anxiety is sooooooo much better. After my problems started I often had alot of trouble keeping calm and confident when meeting new people. I wasnt like a freak or anything but I just had alot of trouble speaking up, was very shy and quiet, way to nervous and worried , and stressed out. this happend when meeting new people or even when just faced with my new situations.
5) My depresion is still there somewhat. it definetly is better and I would describe it as mild as opposed to moderate to severe. this is something that im still working on fully resolving. being able to workout and have succesful sex obviously helps but its not dealing with the root cause inmo.
6) My energy is excellent and I basically never ever need naps and only rarely feel tired midday. can work out 6 days a week no problem.
7) My working out and the gains I have made in the last 9 months are the best Iv ever had and im by far the strongest, leanest, and most muscular iv ever been. Still got a long way to go to optimal though but im just grateful that I can actually workout and not have chronic back pain for days after a workout.
Anyway at this point your probably asking yourself thats great and all but what is it that has helped so much? Ill do my best to explain what I believe has done it for me and ill post some intersting results.
Ok so...basically getting my cortisol to good levels, becoming insulin sensitve, getting testosterone to top of range, and fixing hypothyroid ( still kinda in the process on this one) have made it so that many of my erectile problems and energy problems improved signficantly. Basically once I had those above four mentioned categories improved I could work out alot, work alot, get it up very reliably. they also all had some mild anti depresive effects as well as some confidence increasing/anxiety reducing effects. Especially testosterone, im not ssaying its like popping a xanax but after a couple months of being at the top range of T you start to realize like wow im so much more confident and agresive and care so much less what people think of me.
However fixing those things wasnt enough to totally fix depresion, anxiety and most important premature ejaculation for me. As long as I had PE I wasnt gona be having sex. Then something really cool happend.
By complete luck and chance I started taking 3mg melatonin time realease every night to help me sleep completly through the night. It worked really well for me and I was happy not to wake up 1-3 times a night like before.
But then as the weeks went by I started to notice something was really different when masterbating. It was taking much longer to ejaculate . Now I realize masterbation is not the optimal way to checking PE. But when my problems were at their worst I could literally ejaculate in 10 seconds from my hand. But fortunatly for me This was enough of a confidence boost that I felt like I could try to finally get laid again and thats basically what happend. Iv had sex multiple times since then and everytime PE is not a problem in the slightest.
So just about anyone with these kind of problems has some definite neurotransmitter imbalances. I was no diffrent and I have extremely low neuros across the board. Im not gona post my urine neuro results but just take my word for it that they were all extremely low across the board and refelcted my symptosm to a T.
Ok so as you can see my I got this test done several times. and looking at the results you might be like well thats perfectly normal, as a matter of fact you seem kinda on the low side. And you would be absolutly right. for a normal person these results would not cause any sort of sympathetic dominance. You have got to keep in mind that I have low serotonin as well so a Norepinephrine of 345, 359,332 is way to high for my body and is totally enough to make my body easily jump into flight or fright mode AKA sympathetic dominance. if my serotonin was high enough to match and balance these results it wouldnt be a problem but unfortunatly for me my serotonin took a beating after doing exstacy.
Now after being on melatonin a few months I by luck and chance did two more hormonal workups where I included plasma catecholamines as a desired test. these were the results. in a few weeks ill have the third and ill post that as well but in my thread.
taking a quick glace at these results you quickly see that the only real change is that my norepinephrine has dropped significantly , almost 200-300 points and is now very low. Well with this kind of norepinephrine as a I previously mentioned I dont have premature ejaculation at all and my anxiety is markedly improved.
the thing is this, I still have very low serotonin and low neuros across the board. Its simply that now that I have knocked down my norepinephrineso that my parasympathetic and sympathetic AKA serotonin and dopamine circuits are in balance and harmony as opposed to before where I was sympathetic dominant.
I know your a patient with Shawn and iv had this convo with him before. Where he said curing PE is not neccesarily about having high serotonin or high dopamine, its about stricking a balance btw the two. and I have to say based on my experience this is spot on and true.
Now also, im not finished. while im stocked that my PE is gone having low neurotransmitters sucks and im sure its responsible for my remaining symptoms and issues such as mild depresion, some small lingering anxiety, trouble with enjoyment, mood swings, occasional trouble with arousal. The key is gona be keeping my serotonin balanced as I try to raise the levels.
Im not sure how im gona do this yet. Im waiting on some very important results to confirm my next move, whether im gona attempt to do it with amino acids long term or im just be like screw it and see a shrink and do it with pharamcuticals. the results will tell me how to aproach it.
anyway sorry for how long this is. Hope it helped . Hope I havnt missed anyhting important but probably have. feel free to ask questions.
P.S . Also the the fact that you dont have PE while drunk screams sympathetic dominance to me. Alcohol is a central nervous system depresant and is clearly calms your flight or fright response.
thyroid, pregnenolone, clomid(been keeping my T 700+... my numbers are decent, overall i feel pretty good, just dam PE, wish my erections were more solid too..
Yes the two often are connected but its only because thyroid hormone sensitizes ur body to catecholames (dopamine norepinephrine epinephrine)

I've never been hyper and my PE is pretty severe. If I make it to 30 second that a good day for me. I usually ejaculate within seconds of intercourse. Inflammation increases NE more then being hypo or hyper. If your inflammation is high then your imune system is over active which keeps NE high as a defense mechanism. Only anit -inflammatory pills have reduced PE for me. Curcumin at low dose works, tylenol with anit-histamine (claritin or benadryl). You must play with the dose and practice whacking off. Too high dose of any of those will cause ED.
Try each one seperately like I did. 200mg of curcumin is ok for me with 5-10mg of claritin. Some people this will give ED and others it's not high enough dose. benadryl works for a lot of people and taking 1000mg tylenol 1 hour before sex helps. It's all trial and error and find the righ dosages and combos.
High norepinephrine levels (or relatively high norepinephrine levels compared to the other neurotransmitters) can cause erectile dysfunction (chronic or otherwise).
Norepinephrine is the primary signal in the brain for stress. It is a excitatory neurotransmitter. It keeps a person awake. It can help improve attention. It causes an increase in ACTH production, which then drives adrenal hormone production. A spike of norepinephrine triggers orgasm/ejaculation in men. Norepinephrine is the primary chemical messenger of the sympathetic nervous system (the system that responds to fight-or-flight, stressful situations).
When a person has chronically high norepinephrine, it can cause anxiety or irritability. It can eventually cause adrenal depletion, fatigue, or frank adrenal insufficiency. This can then lead to erectile dysfunction, loss of libido, sexual dysfunction.
To keep norepinephrine levels high, the brain may have to lower the production of dopamine, which can lead to loss of libido and erectile dysfunction. Lowered dopamine production, itself, can reduce testosterone production (though high norepinephrine can raise it - causing a wash if the balance is maintained). Lower testosterone can lead to erectile dysfunction. Lowered testosterone production can lead to insulin resistance and further metabolic cascades that can cause erectilve dysfunction and lack of libido.
Chronically high norepinephrine production in the absence of other neurotransmitter, hormone, cytokine problems, can lead to premature ejaculation - since it doesn't take much to get a higher norepinephrine spike to trigger ejaculation.
Chronically high norepinephrine can raise blood pressure. This leads to long-term consequences, including renal dysfunction and erectile dysfunction.
What can be done is to either directly address the high norepinephrine production (e.g. with a serotonergic, anxiolytic, mood stabilizing, beta-blocking medication or others), or treat the consequences - such as adrenal fatigue (where the higher cortisol levels from treatment can help reduce via a feedback loop in the brain to lower CRH production, to lower norepinephrine levels), or treat the underlying cause of higher norepinephrine levels (which can include psychological stress, trauma, mental illness, thyroid dysfunction, hypogonadism, insulin resistance, infection or other chronic physical illness, etc.). In a way, a global treatment once assessment occurs, needs to be done. I usually don't see a single substance (drug, hormone, or nutrient, or even herb) working. There are many entrypoints to dysfunction when a single hormone/neurotransmitter is out of whack in function. What I usually see are multiple hormone/neurotransmitter/cytokine problems as a consequence.
Its just incorrect according to everything iv ever seen. Dr. Mariano has stated many times that its HYPOTHYROID states where the body compensates by increasing norepinephrine.
When there is sufficient thyroid hormone and the body is properly sensitized to the catecholamines then it dosnt feel the need to increase them in compensation.
ya i feel u man. PE in my opinion is the worst sexual symptom, I rather deal with ED. PE just makes me feel so sexually weak. And when im PE free I feel like a sex god.
